The Lashes, The Hands, The Valley, Thee Emergency and a lot of other bands that don’t start with “the” (or “thee”) are performing this year’s Georgetown Music Festival on Friday and Saturday. With well over 50 bands, there’s plenty of rock for all, including Friday headliners Helmet, who recently have been playing their influential Meantime, front to back.
The festival takes place on 12th Street between Airport Way S. and S. Bailey. For information about commuting, view the getting there page.
