Sigurdsson has netted an impressive seven goals (and added four assists) in 15 league games since January. The 22-year-old joined Swansea on loan from German club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, and his transfer value has skyrocketed in the English game.
Gylfi Sigurdsson has emerged as one of the Premier League's most capable goal-scoring midfielders in recent months. His strikes for Swansea City have caught the eyes of scouts from Everton, Manchester United and Liverpool, according to the Mirror.

Swansea would stretch itself to meet Hoffenheim's asking price, but the other clubs would have little trouble coming up with the funds. It will be up to Sigurdsson to to decide his destination if multiple English clubs meet the price his parent club has set.
Hoffenheim will demand a transfer fee in excess of £10 million ($16.1 million) for the Icelandic international.
"Kop chief Kenny Dalglish, Everton coach Jimmy Lumsden and United spy Martin Ferguson all watched Sigurdsson dazzle against Bolton on Saturday," the Mirror reports.
"Swansea would love to extend the former Reading player’s loan for another year, but Hoffenheim know they can cash in – with Newcastle also admirers -– and will sell to the highest bidder."
Sigurdsson has blossomed under the watchful eye of Swansea boss Brendan Rodgers. The player and coach worked together in the 2009-10 season at Reading FC. Sigurdsson joined Hoffenheim after that season, and became a starter at the German club.
